Homeowner, Joseph of Illinois
Joseph, a homeowner in Illinois, wanted to update the facade of his home by adding some sort of iron work display. He chose to use Lawler item 696-XS to create the lovely Juliet Railings that serve as window guards to him home.
This unique handrail incorporates our textured, wood grain bar. The handrail is easily shaped to follow the curves of the steps and landscaping leading up to the home’s front door. Clever use of the bar as it is used and the posts and cross bracing as well. Items used include: 70/14 in various thicknesses.
The property owner of this downtown business needed to replace the top rail on his iron handrails and small walkway gate. Since this replacement top rail had to match the existing stair railings, the fabricator chose to use our half round steel bar.
Polmar Ironwork, Inc., Rahway, NJ
The Polmar team worked with the building owner to fabricate and install some historic railings on a building located on Barrow Street in New York. Incorporated within the railing designs are some of our finials and scrolls. Our Staygold paint was used to paint some of the finials at the beginning of the handrail. Items used include: 3526, 58/1, Staygold Paint.
Elegant Iron Designs, Thornwood, NY
This custom iron railing incorporates many of our railing components. Items used include: 4/57-24', 1377/40, H1244, 52/2 and 8/3-45". Our Vinylast Smithy Black was used to protect the metal from the elements.
