3.3FT Gear Rack w/Mounting Screws, for Grande Integrator Model, Galvanized
This gear rack mounts to the top, inside the galvanized track completely hiding the drive system. The gear in the primary carriage drives the track and the gate with no exposed hardware for complete protection.
This gear rack is 3'3" long and comes with mounting screws.

Rack Centering Device Kit for use with CG-50G Gear Rack
Two piece set, reusable. Use this installation tool to accurately center and align the gear rack inside the track. It centers the rack down the length of the track, aligns the teeth at rack joints to prevent gear binding, and acts as a drilling jig to hold the rack into place as the mounting holes are drilled.

End Wheel for CGS-345G Grande Track, Galvanized
End wheels serve three functions:
1) covering the end of the track for UL325 compliance when the gate is automated, 2) assisting the gate to seat effortlessly into the end cup receiver to stabilize the gate in the open and closed positions, and 3) keep dirt and debris out of the track for smoother operation.

End Stopper w/o the wheel for the Grande Track, Galvanized
This end stopper covers the the end of the track for UL325 compliance when the gate is automated and helps keep dirt and debris out of the track for smoother operation.

Bottom End Cup for CGS-345G Grande Track, Galvanized
End cups are used to stabilize the gate in the fully open and closed positions AND to provide a positive gate stop to meet safety code for automated gates. Typically 2 are used per gate. For gates that stay closed most of the time only 1 is needed.

Lower Gate Receiver with 6-3/8" wide Nylon Roller, Galvanized
This lower gate receiver can be used in place of the bottom end receiving cup. The nylon roller is 6-3/8" wide and will work with the small cantilever track models.

J-Bolt, M20 x 15", Galvanized
J-Bolts set into newly poured concrete are the best method of anchoring the carriages to the pad.
Mini carriages require 4 J-Bolts per carriage.
Large, Grande & Extra Large carriages require 6 J-Bolts per carriage

Foundation Plate for Grande Carriage, Galvanized Steel
Foundation Plates make it easier to level and align the carriages, but are not required.

Integrator Drive Shaft Coupling, Comunello, Grande Model
This coupling connects the output driveshaft of the gate operator directly to the input driveshaft on the primary carriage. This gives a direct, secure and safe connection between the motor and the gate.
