This handrail bracket is to be fastened to the outside of a 1.9" dia. tube. It has a round adjustable saddle to accommodate 1.9" dia. tubing.

The distance from the post to the center of the handrail tube is 3.15"

The saddle portion can be adjusted up and down from 1.18" to 3.15"
