This handrail bracket is to be fastened to the outside of a 1.9" dia. tube. It has a round saddle to accommodate 1-1/2" dia. tubing.

The distance from the post to the center of the handrail tube is 3.15"

The saddle portion can be adjusted up and down from 1.18" to 3.15"
